The year 2025 became the moment when Starlink finally established itself not merely as “the largest satellite constellation in the world”, but as a global communications infrastructure system. No longer a startup, not an experiment, not an “alternative for remote areas”, but a full-fledged layer of the planet’s telecommunications reality.

This was a year defined less by loud announcements and more by industrial consolidation of dominance: in launch cadence, number of active users, aggregate throughput, and penetration into vertical markets — from aviation and maritime transport to energy, emergency services, and large-scale B2C adoption.
